How we rate: Standout, Solid & Classic

Overview

Sweet Bonanza is Pragmatic Play’s candy-themed answer to the modern tumble slot. Played on a 6×5 grid, it uses a pay-anywhere system where eight or more matching fruits or sweets anywhere on screen create a win, all wrapped in a high-volatility maths model with a top prize of 21,100x.

How to play

Choose your stake and spin the grid; wins are counted whenever at least eight identical symbols appear in any position. Winning symbols burst and new ones tumble in, so a single paid spin can chain several consecutive wins until nothing new lands.

Symbols

Low-paying symbols are coloured candies, while higher pays go to the fruits — banana, grape, plum, watermelon and the premium apple. The lollipop scatter triggers the bonus, and round multiplier bombs (2x to 100x) appear during play.

Bonus features

Four or more lollipop scatters award 10 free spins. During free spins, multiplier bombs land, and at the end of a tumble sequence all bomb values are summed and multiplied against the total win of that sequence. Three more scatters retrigger five extra spins, and an Ante Bet or Buy Feature (where allowed) can bring the bonus faster.

RTP & volatility

The default RTP is around 96.51%, with alternative versions possible at some operators. RTP is a long-term average over millions of spins rather than a guarantee for one session, and the high volatility means outcomes vary widely from spin to spin.

Play & bankroll notes

You can’t change the odds, but you can pick a bet size that survives quiet stretches and set a limit before playing. The Ante Bet increases scatter frequency at a higher cost per spin — useful for bonus hunters, less so if you want to stretch a demo balance.
